The role
This is a strategic, hands-on role at the heart of Crowdfunder’s growth. You’ll design and deliver outreach strategies that spark meaningful conversations, nurture high-potential leads, and drive new project creation across the platform. Your work will directly shape the future of Crowdfunder’s project pipeline — helping more brilliant ideas launch, thrive, and reach the people who need them.
Key responsibilities:
Build and manage our outbound lead pipeline, identifying high-potential organisations and changemakers across sectors including charity, arts, community, and enterprise.
Design and execute smart, personalised outreach campaigns using tools like Lemlist and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and iterate based on data and insights.
Manage warm leads with care, ensuring promising contacts are smoothly triaged to our Campaign Managers with full context and a clear path to launch.
Optimise our outreach tools and systems, keeping data clean, segmented, and accessible across CRM, spreadsheets, and tracking platforms.
Collaborate with our Data Lead to surface and prioritise opportunities, and produce clear reporting to track performance and improve outcomes.
Share outreach insights with Campaign Managers, Marketing, and other teams to inform sector strategies and strengthen overall impact.
About you
You’ve got solid experience in outbound prospecting, growth, or lead generation, and know how to turn strategy into action.
You’re confident using outreach tools like Lemlist and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and can manage data across CRMs and spreadsheets.
You’re a skilled communicator, able to craft messages that feel human, purposeful, and drive action.
You’re self-motivated and organised, with a keen eye for spotting opportunities and improving processes. You thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven team and are excited to help shape a scalable outreach engine for good.
You understand how mission-led organisations think — from grassroots organisers to national charities — and can tailor your outreach to engage them with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
Bonus points if…
You’ve worked with a platform, community organisation, or purpose-led initiative that helps people launch projects or ideas.
You’re familiar with GDPR and committed to ethical outreach practices.
You can quickly assess whether an idea is fundable, creative, and community-focused.
What success looks like
A consistent pipeline of qualified, high-potential leads entering the funnel
Increased conversion from outreach to live campaigns
Growth in the number of high-quality projects launching each month

We recognise that ‘diversity and inclusion’ is not something that we will ever ‘achieve’. It’s not a box that can ever be ticked as ‘100% done’.
Diversity and inclusion is an ongoing journey of big steps and small nudges that will create a richer community and place to work and help us be a better business.
We’re proud to be on that journey together.
